    Adhering to slow fashion principles, our bags are crafted for longevity, aging beautifully over time, contrary to fast fashion items that deteriorate quickly. These pieces can be treasured and passed down through generations. As the leather ages, it develops a unique character, narrating the story of its owner.

    With minimal care, your leather bag will develop a beautiful patina over time. Avoid harsh chemicals and store in a cool, dry place. For specific care instructions, refer to the care guide included with your bag.

    Don't worry! Minor scratches and marks are part of your leather bag's evolving character. Consider them badges of honor, telling the story of your adventures.

    We recommend using a specially designed leather protectant spray. This will add a layer of protection without compromising the natural beauty of the leather

    Shipping & Delivery

    Delivery Timelines

    Orders placed before 12:00 are
    sent out the same business day.
    Orders placed after 12:00 are sent
    out the next day.

    Orders will be delivered within
    3-5 business days.

    Delivery Costs
    • Delivery in Cairo and Giza costs between L.E 80-100.
    • A flat delivery fee of LE 120 will be applied to all orders.

    For Cairo Customers Only

    We offer same-day delivery within Cairo for an additional fee of LE 100.

    Orders shipped internationally take between 7 and 10 days to be delivered.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Accidents happen, and sometimes things just aren't the right fit. We're here to make the return or exchange process as easy as possible.

    Damaged Items

    If your item arrives damaged, don't worry! Just let us know within two business days, and we'll be happy to help you with a return or exchange. We'll even cover the return shipping costs.

    Changed Your Mind?

    No problem! You can return or exchange unused items within 14 days of purchase. To qualify for a return:

    • Like-New Condition: The item should be unused, unscratched, and in the same condition you received it.
    • Original Packaging: Please include all original tags and packaging.
    • Proof of Purchase: We'll need a copy of your receipt or invoice.

    A Few Exceptions

    The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Sale or clearance items
    • Items showing signs of wear or use
    • Personalized or customized items

    How to Make a Return or Exchange

    2. Pack it Up: Safely package the item in its original packaging along with your proof of purchase.
    3. We'll Arrange Pickup: We'll send a courier to collect the item from your doorstep.
    4. Inspection and Follow-Up: We'll carefully inspect the item and keep you updated.
    5. Exchange: If you're exchanging, we'll send your new item out quickly. If there's a price difference, we'll sort it out for you. We'll even cover the shipping costs on the replacement!
    6. Refund: If you choose a refund, we'll process it promptly (minus the original delivery fees). You can either receive a bank transfer or use the amount toward a future purchase (with free delivery!).

    We recommend inspecting your leather bag as soon as it arrives. If you have any questions at all, don't hesitate to reach out to us! We're always here to help.

    We want you to love your purchase, but due to customs and visa regulations, we're unable to offer returns or refunds for international orders.

    To help ensure your satisfaction, we recommend the following:

    • Double Check Your Order: Please carefully review your order details before confirming. We're happy to help with any changes or additions within the first 24 hours.
    • Inspect Upon Delivery: We strongly advise opening your package and checking its contents before accepting delivery.
